These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and the purchase of digital products from Furfect Pawtraits. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Service

Furfect Pawtraits provides custom digital pet portraits created from images supplied by customers.

• This is a digital product only
• No physical item will be shipped
• Final artwork is delivered electronically via email
  
  

3. Ordering Process

1. You contact us via Facebook or another agreed platform
2. You provide a suitable image of your pet
3. A preview image (with watermark) is created and shared with you
4. If you are happy with the preview, you will be sent a payment link
5. Once payment is completed, the final high-resolution image (without watermark) is delivered
   
   

4. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use the image(s) you provide
• The image is of sufficient quality for artwork creation
• You have reviewed and approved the preview before completing payment
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
  
  

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your full payment details
• Payment must be completed before the final artwork is delivered
• All prices are shown in GBP (£)
  
  

6. Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the point of payment will be honoured for that order.

7. Revisions

• Minor adjustments may be offered before final delivery at our discretion
• Major changes, including new images or significant alterations, may require a new order
  
  

8. Delivery

• Final artwork is delivered via email
• Typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours, but this may vary depending on demand
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer
  
  

9. Digital Product and Cancellation Rights

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom digital product.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel is lost once work has begun and/or the digital content has been delivered.

By proceeding with payment, you expressly agree that:

• Work may begin immediately after approval
• Your right to cancel is waived once the final image has been delivered
  
  

10. Refund Policy

• Due to the personalised nature of the product, refunds are not available once the final artwork has been delivered
• Any concerns must be raised before payment is completed
  
  

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Furfect Pawtraits remains the intellectual property of the business.

• You are granted a licence for personal use only
• You may share your artwork on social media
• You may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission
  
  

12. Image Usage and Promotion

Your completed artwork may be used for portfolio, website, or social media promotion.

This is automatically agreed at checkout unless you opt out using the provided option.

You may request removal of your image from future promotional use by contacting us.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furfect Pawtraits shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Delays caused by third party services such as Stripe or email providers
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer
  
  

14. Third Party Services

We rely on third party providers such as Stripe for payment processing and email providers for delivery of digital products. We are not responsible for issues arising from these services.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
